Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

Beatiful garden with a pool, lots of flowers and greenery. Spacious and well-decorated room with a Sea and Sao Jorge island view. Anne-Lise and Jeremy are super welcoming hosts; they do everything to create a unique home feeling for guests. Amazing homemade breakfast. Pity we couldn't stay for dinner. Our favorite place during the trip in the Azores. Hope to come back one day!

Clean and cosy with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom available. Easy to get here even with the local bus and there's parking available as well. Excellent place for starting a hike. I definitely recommend to stay here.

Debora was accessible, friendly, organized and quick to respond. Rooms were a good size and artistically decorated. They were spotless. The restaurant below the property is delicious - we ate there twice. No need to look further. Reviews are correct. Just book it.

It was a bit unusual experience - in a good way! It felt like we were not in a hotel, but guests at our friends' house: Didi cooked a great breakfast (good one!) for us and told us a lot of interesting things about the island and everything. She was soooo nice and friendly! We had a really great time there!

First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.
