The host and staff were great. The bedrooms are upstairs. My elderly mother had difficulty getting up to her bed as the bathrooms are downstairs. Aside from that, the room served its purpose. Each room has a little patio area with seating which is nice. The grounds are well kept. The beach is close by which is a plus. We ordered dinner which wasn't anything to note. Breakfast, which is included, was like a continental style.

We were looking forward to a 5 day beach experience.
We were looking forward to a 5 day beach experience. Sadly it rained but we still took the long walk over the bridge to the beach. It was probably too early in The season as only one beach side facility was open. Neglected cabins on the beach, closed down hotels all still show the impact of COVID. The town itself is dreary and the modern, square buildings hold no charm. The military background is evident. We travelled a long way to see very little and cut our trip short after only a day there.

A well run hotel with modern facilities and there is an excellent restaurant and chef. The surroundings are peaceful. As there is a large car park, a car is ideal as the town and beaches are not far away. Glad the good reviews were accurate.

The town of Sabaudia itself has a very typical fascist architecture, some might like it, others no. But the beach and actually all the Circeo Nature Reserve Park offers wonderful sceneries to those who love nature any time during the day.
At the sea you can stay in organized places or enjoy the free sandy seaside just very close to the town. You find several good restaurants where the price and quality are really good. I love the place called "Dove inizia il Mare" for its great sea-view and lovely stuff.
Not far away is a lovely medieval city San Felice di Circeo on top of the Monte Circeo, in case you would like to have a romantic walk in the evening.
Anihow, I would not recommend Sabaudia during the Italian holiday season (July, August), as it gets really too crowded.

Sweet little beach town, not too crowded (except on weekends). The beach is nice, there's a beautiful national park close by to satisfy all of your hiking needs, and the food is amazing! Go for fresh seafood in one of the many beach restaurants (highly recommend Chiosco Torre Paola), eat pizza in various varieties with the locals at Pizzeria al Cigno 2, and have THE BEST gelato around the corner at Gelateria Cuore Matto (who also have some lactose free ice cream as well as granita de pistachio!). I would have loved to stay a few more days!
One of the best travel experiences in my life! If you feel stressful and tired from a big city - it is a perfect place to slow down and feel the nature. The hosts were very helpful and kind. The room was super clean. And as for the breakfast - home made cakes and bread were just amazing. We came without a car, but we were able to use bikes from the hotel. It took around 10-15 min by bike to the sea with a great view on the fields full of different plants. I definitely recommend this place!
+++Perfect location in a calm area, 2 km to see, around 45 km to highway+++
+++Ideal base to visit Rome, Naples, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, Pompei, Monte Cassino, as we did+++
+++Very friendly staff "Masha"+++
+++Closed parking inside of big area+++
+++Room equipped with all necessary things including small kitchen+++
+++Very comfortable beds+++
+++Good breakfasts, but as typical in Italy, much more on sweet side than on meat+++
+++For December warm sea - was nice swimming :-) +++

If you are looking for luxury go elsewhere.This is small, discrete, rustic, family run business that wins you over with warm,, embracing welcome and care.They will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and worry free. Breakfast is good, italian pastries, eggs and bacon plus cheese and prosciutto(ask for both) are delicious.We really enjoyed our time at the hotel
The hotel in on the beach, when you go out the back door, beds are available looking into the sea. All the staff were exceptional, from the reception staff to the staff serving us our breakfast. I would recommend getting a room with a sea view. The sound of the sea is wonderful. Our room was a very good size. We will definitely stay here again.
The house was perfect and both hosts were very friendly. The front garden was the highlight of our stay with sunbeds, outdoor shower, grass lawn (which was actually green and well cared for) and the quiet neighborhood. The nearby public beach also met all our expectations. Wish we had planned for a longer stay. Well recommended.
Thank you to Giulio and Andriana, you made the stay wonderful, again I want to thank you for all your help and your company.
I highly recommend the stay but you will need to have a car to get around 😀
The beaches are beautiful and quiet, the people are extra nice and helpful and the food is wonderful!
Will come again!

Beautiful hotel with some ocean view rooms. I asked for an upgrade, only cost +30 Euros
Well maintained beachfront with umbrellas and lifeguards.
Beds are very comfortable. The included breakfast is a beautiful buffet with full staff service.
Location fantastic, design and furniture still original look very good, room stays friends even without air conditioning thanks to the thick walls.

We loved everything about our stay. ..the hotel, room, beach and pool.
Also really enjoyed interacting with the girls at the reception desk.
