The room and bed was comfortable. The room has a bluetooth speaker, in which you can connect your phone via bluetooth and listen to music. The lounge area or reception area is very nice and has a nice ambient. For a reasonable price it is a good stay in Hamburg. You can also do self check in. There's an option of having to do room service or instead of roomservice, you van opt for a free drink instead.

The INNSIDE by Melia Hamburg Hafen offers a terrace, a sauna and a gym. the staff was super friendly, the hotel was really clean and in a prime location. we found that we were able to commute everywhere easily because it was right next to a bus stop and walking distance to the metro. loved our experience, highly recommend it!

Newly renovated in 2018, the Mercure Hotel Hamburg City is close to centrally located attractions such as the Speicherstadt, Mehr! Theater, city center and main train station. Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Very nice with the sauna facilities after a long day in the city.
