Fantastic pillows! The toiletries are plant base and of excellent quality. Water bottles were provided every day. Good shower.

I was expecting to have a short stay in Madrid, so I chose this hotel. Alejandro, the staff member, was incredibly supportive and friendly. He gave me tips, orientation, and overall showed super super friendly. I'm thankful there's people like him in the hospitality industry!

From the start the staff was most nice and helpful. They handled our requests efficiently and with a smile. The room was spacious, luxuriant, and spotlessly clean. The bed was like a cloud. And the bathroom experience was superb.

NH Madrid Atocha is opposite Atocha Railway Station and is 5 minutes from both the Caixa Forum and Reina Sofía museums. Free WiFi is offered. Every detail was thought of and it was nice to have complementary water and coffee in the room.
