We stayed at Hawai room and simply fell in love with the place on the first sight, Fabio, the host, was super kind and helpful from the very beginning and he made our stay super comfy. The room is spacious, with new bathroom where you can find more than everything you need. Sweet breakfast was very delicious and could feed half of the house :). As we are traveling a lot, we recommend these rooms as a Superb option while traveling to the south Rome. And as already mentioned, Fabio makes you feel like you just arrived home :) looking forward to come back!

The host was very kind and wonderful! We even locked ourselves out once and he came to the rescue quickly 😅 location is great, next to good cafes, grocery store and about a 15 min walk to the beach. Perfect location (walking distance) in between the Train Station and the Beach. Building has an elevator and room was perfect, small but very cozy with private bathroom!! Jessica, the host, was extremely friendly and gave all the local must see advices, she even coordinated a shuttles transfer to the airport for me.
