Freshly upgraded and modern, very spacious and clean. Right on the main thoroughfare so easy to find. Nice beds, furniture and very nice walk-in shower. Even had a jacuzzi tub but never had a chance to use it.

Staff was super kind and friendly, they even got us some beers for free from their home as they don't sell any alcohol in NZ on Christmas Day. Legends! Apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Boasting an idyllic lake front setting, Acacia Lake View Motel offers free WiFi. Some rooms feature a balcony. All have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Really nice motel across the street from the lake and easy walking distance to restaurants. We only used the kitchen space at breakfast, it seemed well equipped.

The gardens looked perfect, they are doing a great job do keep the facilities gorgeous. Tongariro alpine Crossing 50 km away, for those in for fishing Tongariro river is just behind the corner as you simply get out from the lodge there.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Aura Accommodation ligger centralt, 3 minuters promenad från sjön, 4 minuters promenad från den berömda Eat Streat och 9 minuters promenad från både Government Gardens och Rotorua Museum. Extremely recommended (I was in an upstairs apartment). Beautiful room, nice pools and ecofriendly. Great location. Friendliest staff ever.

The owner is very friendly, and helped us with our queries even at night. Responsive to help messages even before the trip too. The room is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. There is even a room spa bathtub, something which many facilities do not have. The location is very near the sea, which is of a very beautiful view. It is also about 5 mins away from town which has different shops and eateries. Very convenient to get food.
