This historic hotel was built in 1264 and is located at the Markusturm tower in medieval Rothenburg. It features a traditional restaurant and free Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel. Classic historical exterior and foyer just as you would hope to see right in the old town. Inside the rooms exhibit amazing modern design flare and attention to detail while referencing the history of the city. Great location and run by a lovely family who are warm, welcoming and efficient while also having a great sense of humour. Could not recommend highly enough.

The location is perfect and close to all of the sights. We enjoyed the fun lounge, coffee/drink bar and breakfast room. A family runs/owns this hotel and is very friendly and gracious. Highly recommend for singles, couples and families alike. Parking is just across the street.

We were top floor and high ceilings. Spacious. Open bathroom not an issue for us. Kitchen very handy and everything you could need. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect.
