I was overwhelmed by the kind receptionist at Hotel Il Palazzo, that helped me with much compassion, when I unfortunately fell ill during my stay in the hotel. And the room was lovely and comfy and spotless clean, with everything I could possibly need. The location is perfect on the central street of Assisi with all the sight right on the doorstep. I will love to return again.
